Your Vacay SO Needs This: Top Beach Essentials For Your Summer Travels

Spending a day at the beach? Don't forget to pack these must have items!

1. Sunscreen/ Tanning Oil

I want to get a tan while I'm laying out on the beach and stay protected from the sun at the same time, so I use a Tanning Dry Oil Sunscreen Spray. The less expensive Equate brand always works for me! 

2. Lip Balm

I always need lip balm everywhere I go and always am sure to pack it in my bag to the beach too! I use Burt's Bees lip balm. I choose Burt's Bees because they are 100% natural and has Vitamin E that really moisturizes your lips! 

3. After Sun Lotion

I pack a bottle of Moisturizing Aloe After Sun Lotion in my bag because the salt water and sun can really dry up your skin! I chose the Banana Boat brand with pure Aloe Vera and Vitamin E in it. It helps to preserve and extend your tan.

4. Sunglasses 

Sunglasses are always a must have on a day outdoors! You don't want to bring an expensive pair of sunglasses to the beach in case they get lost or damaged. I always get my sunglasses from TJ Maxx. You can get them for under $25 and they are super cute!

5. Your Favorite Cup!

It's important to always bring your favorite cup (preferably with a lid) for beach beverages and you'll want a lid to keep your drink sand-free!

6. Beach Bag

Of course you need a beach bag for all of these essentials to go in! My favorite is a customized bag!

7. Towel

Don't forget one of the most important things! A towel for laying out on or drying off with!

8. Hat

You should always bring a hat with you to the beach to protect your head, face, and neck from the sun! 

9. Water Resistant Phone Pouch

The water resistant phone pouch is perfect for anytime you are going to be by water with your phone. You can protect your phone while still using it! The phone pouch is touch sensitive so you don't have to take your phone out to use it!

10. Fanny Pack

I know that I've already got a beach bag, but I also like to pack a fanny pack when I go to the beach. If you decide to walk the beach a fanny pack is nice to have with you to hold your phone, lip balm, and any smaller items you may have.
