Buckle on a Budget

A common misconception about Buckle is that everything in the store is really expensive and you can't walk out of there without spending a few hundred dollars. As a teammate at Buckle, I wanted to share the affordable brands that Buckle sells and how to put together cute, fashionable outfits on a budget.

The first outfit I put together totals at $166.30. There are six pieces in this outfit so on average it is only about $28 an item. The jeans I am wearing are a light wash skinny from KanCan for $54.50. They pair perfectly with this mint Patrons of Piece chiffon tank for $22.00 and this black Daytrip Kimono for $32.95. The sandals I am wearing are Daytrip and are only $19.95. The $19.95 hat and $16.95 Festive necklace are the perfect accessories to complete this trendy outfit.

My second outfit is a super trendy spring look that you can get for only $137.40. These KanCan boyfriend fit destructed jeans are right on trend for the season and only cost $59.50. The chiffon patterned Daytrip tank is $25.00 and adds to the outfit with a white on white look. Mark & Maddux wedges work perfectly with this outfit for $39.95 and a pair of $12.95 sunglasses completes the overall outfit, so it is perfect to wear out on any spring day.

The last outfit I put together is a classic outfit with a trendy footwear twist. This outfit will only cost you $136.35 and is perfect for any occasion. This Rip Curl ivory dress is $59.50 and can be paired with almost anything. I put it with a pair of London Rag gladiator sandals for a beautiful Grecian goddess look for only $34.95. The Festive necklace for $18.95 and the Jessica Simpson Erin wallet for $22.95 complete the look for a style that can be worn almost anywhere.

All of these outfits are under $170 and each item is under $60. Even if you are on a tighter budget, brands like Daytrip, Patrons of Piece, BKE, and many more will have cute, affordable items that fit into any budget. So even if you don't need a complete outfit, shop at your local Buckle or go to buckle.com for affordable pieces that are right on trend for the season!
