Seven Days of Denim

Ever since it gained popularity with the youth in the 1950's, denim has been a staple in most people's closets. Even in a college girl's busy life, with its versatility denim can incorporated into almost any outfit for whatever occasion you may have. Being busy doesn't have to mean compromising style- so check out how to rock a denim staple from your closet for each day of the week.

With patio weather upon us, Sundays are the perfect day for brunch with friends. As the weather gets warmer, stay cool with an off-the-shoulder cropped top, white pants, and wedges for the perfect Sunday look.

Beat the Monday blues by throwing on a classic oversized button-up top over a simple striped shirt, comfy black leggings, and Converse. Because this look is so low maintenance, you can hit the snooze button a few extra times and still look good on your way to class or the library.

Show off your style with an off-the-shoulder black shirt tucked into light wash shorts. Pair this simple but girly outfit with cutout booties and heart shaped sunglasses for an effortless look that shows just the right amount of skin.

Celebrate hump day with a fun pair of overall shorts and an eye-catching black and white striped shirt underneath. Add a pop of color with a bright red cross-body purse and gold circle sunglasses. Complete the entire look with a pair of black booties for an urban vibe to your outfit.

As the weekend is fast approaching, distressed denim is trendy as ever, yet still versatile for any occasion. Tuck a simple black top into a pair of high-waisted denim jeans and black booties for a look that will turn heads whether you're at the bars, dinner, or shopping.

Fridays are perfect for date nights with your favorite person. Show off your romantic side with a blush pink crushed velvet top layered over a black lace bralette and simple dark wash jeans. Add an extra pop of style with black cat-eye sunglasses and chunky black heels for a perfect date outfit.

Saturday's are for fun nights out- show off some skin with a deep v-neck halter top and a button up denim skirt. Pair this bold look with layered chokers and your staple going out shoes for a night not to forget.
